For owners of service businesses in Placer County

You built a company people recommend. Now build one that runs without you.

I'm Garrison, out of Roseville. I work with owner-run service companies that are good at the work and stuck on everything around it: where the next job comes from, who answers the phone, what gets quoted and what actually closes. Advertising that pays for itself, a sales process your crew can follow, and the numbers to run it by.

Sound familiar?

The work is great. The business still runs on your phone.

How it works

I look before I ask you for anything.

Most people in my line of work want you on a call before they've looked at your business. I do it the other way around.

A two minute video of your business, free

Your Google listing, your website and the search a customer would actually type, walked through the way they see it. I'll point at the one thing I'd fix first. It's yours whether or not we ever talk.

A short call to find the real bottleneck

Sometimes it's ads. Just as often it's the follow-up, the pricing, or who's answering the phone at 4pm. I'll tell you which, what it costs to fix, and what I'd expect it to be worth. If I'm the wrong fit, I'll say that too.

Build it, run it, review the numbers

Campaigns, the page they land on, call tracking, and the sales process behind it, built and live within a couple of weeks. You pay ad spend directly and see every dollar. We sit down with the numbers at 30 and 90 days.

Who this is for

Owner-run companies that already do good work.

If the work is good and the business still depends on you for every lead, quote and close, that's what I fix. If the work isn't there yet, I'll tell you, and I won't take your money to advertise it.

What we work on

Get found. Get the call answered. Close it at a price that makes sense.

Getting found

Google Search for the people typing "fence contractor roseville" right now. Meta for the before-and-after work that sells itself. A page built to get the call, with tracking on every click, so you know what a lead costs before you spend the second dollar.

Turning calls into booked jobs

Speed to lead, a follow-up sequence that runs without you, and a quote that gets a yes. I take sales calls for businesses I work with and coach owners on the calls themselves: what to say when someone's getting three bids, and when to hold your price.

Pricing and margin

Most owner-run companies undercharge because they've never seen the real cost of a job on paper. We put it on paper. Then we price so the busy months carry the slow ones.

Running it by the numbers

Cost per lead, close rate, cost per booked job, revenue per crew per week. Four numbers on one page. Once you can see them, you stop guessing about what to do next.

About

The engine behind the business.

1,000+of businesses worked with
$100M+in revenue generated for clients

I've worked with thousands of businesses, most of them service-based, from coaches and consultants to owner-operators running companies that live and die by their reputation. And if there's one thing all that work has taught me, it's that the engine behind a company matters more than almost anything else. Great products and great services are everywhere. The owners who break through are the ones with the right system running underneath them: the marketing, the lead generation, the sales, the hiring, the whole machine built to grow without leaning on them for every move.

Across those companies I've helped generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. I've taken owners starting from scratch and helped them build to tens of thousands of dollars a month, and I've worked with established businesses doing seven and eight figures a year that needed a path through their next ceiling. A handful have scaled past a million dollars a month. I keep names and details private out of respect for my clients, but the numbers are real, and I'm glad to walk you through them on a call.

How I do it is pretty straightforward. I put a model in place that's profitable and built to last. I create lead generation that keeps the pipeline full and a team that gets the owner out of being the bottleneck. Sometimes that looks like paid ads, sometimes organic, sometimes high-level strategy, and a lot of the time it's me in the trenches right alongside you. The goal never changes, and that's to grow your revenue as fast as possible while protecting your margins.

On a personal note, I live in Roseville, California with my beautiful and loving wife and our son. I played baseball in college, where I was a top-ranked prospect, and that same drive and work ethic is what carries me today. That urge to compete and keep growing never really left me. I just point it at building and scaling businesses now.

P.S. In case you're wondering, yes, I still play every Sunday in a men's league, and I'm every bit as competitive as I used to be. Just with a lot more injuries to show for it.
